Mamazilla and I were sitting together reclined on the couch with our laptops out, and she stumbled across a catchy tune.
“That’s a pretty good song,” I told her,” Who is that?”
She was myspacing and came across someone’s profile that was playing the song, Flatback by a Glasgow trio called The Fratellis.
I checked them out on Last.fm and sampled a few of their tracks. After I was convinced that it wasn’t just a flash of brilliance, I found them on iTunes.
For your enjoyment, ladies and gents, I present to you The Fratellis.
Okay, I’ll admit to you that My Space isn’t completely useless. Just this once.

Oh, I thought my husband and I were the only two who wasted precious alone time together sitting on different cushions of the couch with our laptops on our laps! Speaking of a group of people on laptops simultaneously - we are really going to miss you and Ted at Bumbershoot this year…and top that with my camera being broke, I think it just may suck!
