This is a clip of an interview of Dick Cheney in the early 1990’s. The main question was if they thought it was a mistake for not going all the way into Baghdad. I can’t even speak after watching this. It’s so damn eerie. How could they have been so unprepared. They had the freaking intelligence back then!!
