Son of a Pig Farmer

I’ve recently been “elected” to my girls’ school’s School Site Council. To bone up on what all the cool kids are doing, I headed over to Wikipedia’s entry on education.

Ironically, the writing is really bad. The cup runneth over with passive voice, sentence fragments, poor punctuation, bad sentence structure, bad paragraph structure and irrelevant content.

I’ve never claimed to be a stellar grammarian, but these things are pretty obvious when you stumble upon them. These are people who are supposed to know a thing or two about this stuff!

I spent about 20 minutes fixing shit over there, and I could probably spend another hour just fixing the obvious stuff. If you’ve got a few minutes and feel inclined, head on over there and fix a few things.
